This addition not only helps achieve a smooth and creamy texture but also boosts the protein content of the pudding, making it a more satisfying and nutrient-dense option for those looking to enjoy a treat without compromising their health goals.

This chocolate chia protein pudding is perfect for anyone looking to satisfy their sweet tooth while nourishing their body. It's an excellent option for a post-workout snack, a light dessert, or even a quick breakfast that will keep you energized throughout the day. With the combination of chia seeds, Sea Moss gel, and rich chocolate protein powder, you’re not only enjoying a flavorful treat but also giving your body a boost of essential nutrients, making it a deliciously smart choice for any time of day.

Ingredients
1 c chia seeds
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
dash maple syrup
1 c preferred milk
2 tablespoons Blu Magik Sea Moss Gel
Banana
Strawberries
Blueberries

Recipe
Mix 1 cup of chia seeds, 1 scoop of Chocolate Protein Powder, preferred milk, and Blu Magik Sea Moss gel in a glass jar. Shake until completely mixed. The protein powder will absorb some of the milk so add more if you prefer your chia seeds moist. Refrigerate overnight and eat for breakfast or as a snack.
