Signature Peanut Butter Banana Protein Shake

1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter
1 Whole Banana
Small Scoop of Ice
Vanilla or Chocolate Protein Powder
Water or Nut Milk
2 Tablespoons Sea Moss

    Mix all ingredients together in blender and blend until smooth.

     

    Alkaline Green Juice

    2 Handfuls of Spinach, Kale, or Power Greens Blend
    1/2 English Cucumber
    1 Celery Stalk
    1 Lemon Peeled
    1/2 Handful of Cilantro or Parsley
    1/2 Inch Piece Fresh Ginger (Omit if Using Ginger/Turmeric Sea Moss)
    1/2 Inch Fresh Turmeric (Omit if Using Ginger/Turmeric Sea Moss)
    1 Granny Smith Apple (Optional)
    2 Tablespoons Sea Moss

      Process all ingredients trough a juicer except Sea Moss. After all fresh ingredients are juiced, blend in your favorite Sea Moss flavor.

       

      Tropical Smoothie Bowl

      1 Frozen Banana
      1 Cup Mango
      1 Cup Fresh or Frozen Dragon Fruit
      1/2 Cup Water
      2 Tablespoons Sea Moss
      3 Fresh Strawberries
      3 Tablespoons Fresh Blueberries
      1/4 Fresh Banana
      1/4 Cup Raspberries

        Place the frozen banana, half of the mango, the dragon fruit, water, and sea moss into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with strawberries, blueberries, banana, and raspberries.
