Glass of tea infused with Flower Bomb Sea Moss Gel

Cita's Moon Cycle Tea

Red raspberry leaf tea has long been celebrated for its health benefits, particularly for women. This herbal infusion is renowned for its ability to support menstrual and reproductive health, making it an excellent choice for those seeking to align their wellness routines with their moon cycles. When combined with Yin Full Spectrum Sea Moss gel, which is infused with red raspberry leaf, hibiscus, and cinnamon, the benefits of this tea are enhanced. The addition of Irish Sea Moss gel not only boosts the nutritional profile but also contributes to a more comprehensive approach to managing hormonal fluctuations and inflammation.

The red raspberry leaf in the tea is traditionally known for its role in toning the uterine muscles and alleviating menstrual cramps. When paired with hibiscus, which is rich in antioxidants and has anti-inflammatory properties, the blend offers a synergistic effect that can help soothe and support the body during various stages of the menstrual cycle. Hibiscus also imparts a beautiful, naturally vibrant color to the tea, while adding a subtle tartness that complements the earthy tones of red raspberry leaf.

Cinnamon, another key ingredient, brings its own set of health benefits to this blend. Known for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, cinnamon helps to further support the body in reducing inflammation and balancing blood sugar levels. The finishing element for this natural sea moss moon cycle tea is magnesium. Magnesium naturally relaxes muscles, helping to ease cramps and relax the body while elevating mood. When combined with Yin Sea Moss gel, the resulting drink becomes a powerful ally in managing both cyclical and chronic inflammation, while also offering a comforting and delicious way to honor the body's natural rhythms. This tea not only supports overall wellness but also embraces a holistic approach to self-care, making it a delightful addition to any health-conscious routine.
