Raw Sea Moss does need to be rinsed and soaked prior to blending.

Sustainably sourced from the pristine waters of St. Lucia. Intentionally dried in the shade and cured to maintain its natural colors. Organically Kismet ensures all Wild Crafted Raw Full Spectrum Sea Moss is third party tested for purity.

This 3 oz. package will yield approximately 48-64 ounces of sea moss gel.

How To Prepare:

• Rinse
• Sea moss will naturally be coated in salt and sand. Wash the sea moss under running water for 2-5 minutes. Be sure to strain the water and rinse the sea moss before soaking.
• Soak
• It is best to use filtered or spring water for this step. Be sure the sea moss is fully submerged in the water leaving it fully covered. Soak for 4-6 hours and no longer than 24 hours. The longer you soak the sea moss, the softer it will become making it easier for blending. 
• Blend
• After your sea moss has soaked for the recommend time, strain the sea moss and rinse one final time. When blending you will want to use approximately two parts water to one part sea moss, adding water as you go until your desired texture is reached.
• Store
• We recommend storing your sea moss gel in a glass container. Generally, the sea moss gel can be stored for up to 4 weeks in your refrigerator. Enjoy!
