What's inside, and why

Full spectrum sea moss: wildcrafted in St. Lucia, shade-dried, and made into gel by us, never bought pre-made. A whole-food base for your daily ritual.

Blue spirulina extract (phycocyanin): the naturally blue pigment found in spirulina, a blue-green algae people have eaten for centuries. It's what makes Blu Magik so striking.

Organic lime: a bright, fresh finish.

Real questions

"Does it taste like algae?" Honestly, a little. It has an oceanic flavor. Blend it into a smoothie with fruit, coconut water or juice and it disappears. Straight off the spoon is an acquired taste.

"How much do I take?" One tablespoon is a serving. Most people take 1–3 tablespoons a day. Start with one and see what feels right for your ritual.

"Is it okay if I'm pregnant, nursing, or on medication?" Please check with your healthcare provider first.

"How should I store it?" Shipped frozen to keep it fresh. Once thawed, keep it refrigerated and enjoy within 4 weeks. Jars aren't freezer-safe.
