Good Flora is the botanical soak we make for your weekly reset. Raw apple cider vinegar with the mother, bentonite clay, and a slow-steeped blend of raspberry leaf, hibiscus, chamomile, lavender and pau d'arco. Finished with moonstone and rose quartz, set with intention.

This is the original formula: the one that started the ritual.

Pour it into a warm bath, a sitz bath or a foot soak. Breathe. Stay a while.

What's in it and why

Apple cider vinegar (with the mother): naturally acidic and a long-time staple of home bath rituals.

Bentonite clay: a mineral clay traditionally used in baths and masks for skin that feels soft and smooth.

Raspberry leaf, hibiscus, chamomile, lavender: herbs with a long history in women's herbal traditions, chosen for their scent and how they make a soak feel.

Pau d'arco: a botanical respected in traditional herbal practice.

Moonstone + rose quartz: in crystal practice, moonstone is associated with intuition and cycles, rose quartz with self-love.

Ingredients: Organic Unpasteurized Apple Cider Vinegar (with the mother), Organic Raspberry Leaf, Organic Hibiscus Flower, Organic Chamomile, Organic Lavender, Pau D'Arco, Bentonite Clay, Moonstone, Rose Quartz

How to use

Shake well.
Bath: add 1–4 oz to a warm bath.
Foot soak: add 1–4 oz to a basin of warm water.
Sitz bath: add 1–2 oz to a sitz bath.
Soak, breathe, stay a while. External use only. Use within 6 months of opening.

Real questions

"What's the difference between Original and Good Flora with Sea Moss?" Original is the classic blend. The Sea Moss version adds full spectrum sea moss, rose and clove for a silkier, more floral soak.

"Is this a treatment?" No. Good Flora is a bath ritual, not a medical product. If you're dealing with itching, burning, unusual discharge or pain, please see your healthcare provider.

"Can I use it while pregnant?" Check with your provider first.

"Is it gentle?" Every body is different. Patch test first and stop if anything feels irritated.
