Yin is the spoonful we make for the afternoon slump, the cravings and the week before your period, when your body is asking for a little more care. Good Flora is the soak for the hour of the week that belongs to you. Together they make the cycle-care ritual we'd hand a friend.

What's inside

Yin Sea Moss Gel (16 oz, with jar): hibiscus, red raspberry leaf and warming spices folded into our wildcrafted St. Lucian sea moss.

Good Flora Botanical Soak, your choice:

Original: the classic blend. Raw apple cider vinegar with the mother, bentonite clay, raspberry leaf, hibiscus, chamomile, lavender and pau d'arco, finished with moonstone and rose quartz.
With Sea Moss: everything in the Original, plus full spectrum sea moss, rose and clove for a silkier, more upgraded soak.

How to use them together

Daily: 1 tablespoon of Yin is a serving. Most people take 1–3 a day, straight off the spoon or stirred into warm water or tea.
Weekly: shake Good Flora well and add 1–4 oz to a warm bath or foot soak, or 1–2 oz to a sitz bath. Soak, breathe, stay a while.

Good to know

Yin ships frozen to keep it fresh. Once thawed, keep it refrigerated and enjoy within 4 weeks. Good Flora is a bath ritual for external use only, not a medical product. Patch test first. If you're pregnant, nursing or on medication, please check with your healthcare provider first.
